We strive and have built a business that is focused on providing excellent service to our customers.  Our ultimate goal is to help small and medium sized businesses succeed by focusing on what they are good at but at the same time have the confidence that they have programs and procedures in place that will help their employees be happy and successful.  We try to act as a strategic partner with our clients, providing them with tailored services to their organizations.

Our Story

Since the establishment of the company in 2015 by our founder Tracey Bickle, the company has continued to provide its' customers with human resources services that are tailored to the specific needs of the company.  Torrey & Co. is currently based in Brockville, ON and serves clients across Ontario.

Lead HR Consultant

Tracey has been working in the Human Resources field for 10 years.  She is a graduate of the Trent University Bachelors of Business Administration Program.  After completing her degree she continued to work towards achieving her Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation which she received in 2013.  Since then she has worked mostly in the manufacturing field but also has experience in the construction, administration, healthcare and not for profit industries.  She currently sits on the HRPA Brockville Chapter Board as the Chair.

Company Culture Consultant

Jonathan is passionate about company culture, employee engagement, and helping organizations to strategically build a culture that will work for them.  Having successfully built and run Brock-IT over the past few years, along with the years of management experience has given him a wealth of knowledge in order to be able to help other organizations create a strong company culture and improve employee engagement.

Tammy Dukelow

Executive Administrator

Tammy recently joined our team as a highly reliable, efficient and dedicated multitasker with over 10 years experience in administrative roles.  Tammy enjoys problem solving and implementing plans for smooth running of operations.  All told, Tammy brings a unique skill set, combining her dynamic organizational and administrative background with ongoing creativity.  She excels in a wide array of functions – recruiting, payroll, sales, customer care, billing, meeting planning, scheduling, training, coaching new employees, and documenting and maintaining office processes.
